About you This role will appeal to experienced commercial litigators eager to apply their technical and commercial skills within a collaborative, well-established team with a strong pipeline of work. While there are opportunities for skill development in areas such as team coaching, mentoring, business development, and financial management, the primary focus will be on delivering high-quality legal advice and solving complex legal issues for clients.

The role is also suitable for applicants re-entering the workforce after parental leave.

Your experience and capabilities should include :

Minimum 5+ years PQE in a high-quality firm (top-tier, national, or high-quality litigation boutique)Extensive litigation and dispute resolution experience in areas such as commercial and corporate disputes, building and construction disputes, insolvency, property disputes, intellectual property disputes, commercial insurance / professional liability, and regulatory mattersStrong technical credentials and abilitiesExcellent written communication skills, including the ability to write complex and technical adviceAbility and desire to manage a varied caseload involving multiple areas of lawQuickly assimilate new information and problem-solve complex legal issuesSelf-motivated with the ability to work autonomouslyAbility to work well as part of a close-knit teamWe offer :
