Property Manager - Real Estate Fund Manager

Overview

We’re recruiting on behalf of a private, well-capitalised real estate fund manager with a growing national footprint. The Property Manager role offers the opportunity to take direct responsibility for a high-quality industrial portfolio across NSW and the ACT. Working closely with the Asset Manager, you’ll play a hands-on role in the day-to-day management and operational performance of the portfolio, with a strong focus on tenant engagement, financial oversight, and asset presentation. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven property professional looking to step into a more autonomous role within a dynamic and collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage tenant relationships and coordinate day-to-day operational matters
• Review arrears, OPEX budgets, and invoice approvals
• Support monthly and annual reporting processes, including budgeting and forecasting
• Conduct tenancy schedule audits and assist with lease administration and compliance matters
• Monitor presentation standards and coordinate maintenance activities
• Contribute to rent reviews, renewals, and insurance / bank guarantee audits
