We are seeking a kind, motivated, and organised Administration and Engagement Assistant to support the effective and efficient delivery of the Doctor of Medicine (MD) Program within the MD Learning Hub (MDLH) at our St Lucia campus.
Reporting to the Senior Administration Officer, you will provide vital administrative and coordination support to ensure the smooth operation of the Hub. This includes maintaining inventory levels, managing data entry, handling student enquiries, and contributing to the day‑to‑day activities that underpin an exceptional learning experience for our students. In this role, you’ll be part of a collaborative and supportive team dedicated to excellence in medical education and student engagement.

About You
You will bring strong administrative, coordination and communication skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and contribute positively to a collaborative team environment.
The successful candidate may be required to complete a number of pre‑employment checks, including : right to work in Australia, criminal check.
You must maintain unrestricted work rights in Australia for the duration of this appointment to apply. Employer sponsored work rights are not available for this appointment.
