Woods & Co Recruitment are seeking a proven Store Manager to take the reins of a high-profile flagship store in Chadstone Shopping Centre. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced retailer to lead a well-established, premium home and lifestyle brand known for its luxurious bedding, bath, and homewares, and a reputation for exceptional in-store experiences.

We’re after someone who knows what it takes to run a store smoothly, inspire a team, and elevate the customer experience. Previous Store Manager experience is essential — if you’re ready to step in, take ownership, and make a real impact, this is the role for you.

Base pay range

A$68,000.00 / yr - A$69,000.00 / yr

What you’ll do :

Lead all areas of store operations, driving sales and achieving KPIs

Manage rosters, budgets, and daily store performance

Coach, mentor, and develop your team, leading by example on the shop floor

Ensure visual merchandising standards are executed flawlessly

Oversee stock management, loss prevention, and store administration

What you’ll need :

Previous Store Manager experience, you know the ins and outs of running a store

Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets

Strong coaching, mentoring, and people management skills

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

A hands-on, inspiring leadership style
