Salary : A$160,000.00–A$180,000.00.
About the role
We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Product Owner who thrives in fast-paced, scale-up environments and knows what it takes to deliver high-quality outcomes on time. In this role, you’ll take ownership of delivering new products and features end-to-end, shaping Shift’s digital roadmap. You’ll work cross-functionally with developers, designers, business stakeholders, and senior leadership to bring great ideas to life and drive measurable business outcomes.
What you’ll do
- Define and own the product roadmap, aligned to customer needs and business goals
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle in an Agile environment – from ideation to delivery and iteration
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to gather insights and align on priorities
- Design, prototype, and test new features and enhancements in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Prioritise and manage the product backlog, ensuring it’s always refined and ready for development
- Work with developers, QA, and other team members to deliver on key initiatives
- Monitor and report on key success metrics for product releases and feature adoption
- Take ownership and drive corrective action for initiatives that aren’t tracking to plan
