E&I Project Coordinator

Overview

Monadelphous is looking for an experienced Project Coordinator with supervision experience to join our Offshore Energy division. This role is a permanent full-time position.

Responsibilities

• Ownership and accountability for Project scope preparation and execution.
• Early and continued participation in Work Pack Readiness Reviews within Plan Entry Compliance.
• Review and walk down of work packs on site.
• Review of Work Pack associated documents.
• Review and walk down equipment isolations with team members.
• Supervise work force and provide Daily Pre-start meeting Toolbox talk.
• Liaise with other disciplines as required throughout Work Scope.
• Management and Supervision of Vendors, including Vendor timesheet review and signing.
• Responsible for ensuring Vendor provided a signed report prior to departing the facility.
