Green by Nature is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Horticultural Estimator to join our team. In this role, you’ll oversee the full estimating process — from initial bid preparation through to final submission — across maintenance and service-based contracts in the landscape and horticulture sectors.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a diverse pipeline of commercial and government projects while contributing to the continued success and expansion of our business.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Preparing accurate cost estimates for horticultural and landscape maintenance contracts
• Completing quantity take-offs and analysing specifications to determine labour, materials, and time requirements
• Working closely with Operations Managers and our bid services team to produce high-quality estimate documentation
• Reviewing subcontractor pricing and negotiating competitive rates
• Staying informed on industry trends, market pricing, and maintenance operations
• Presenting bids for internal approval and participating in review meetings
• Coordinating multiple stakeholders throughout the bid process
• Tracking bid outcomes and identifying improvement opportunities
