The Service Delivery Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our customer relationships, handling incoming calls and emails, and supporting our Service Delivery People (SDPs) on the ground. This role is perfect for someone with a delivery background who wants to step into more responsibility and progress their career, while still staying connected to the operational side of service delivery.
