Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Federal Account Manager, located in Canberra. The Federal Account Manager will be responsible for managing key federal accounts, driving business development initiatives, and maintaining strong client relationships. This role involves creating and delivering sales presentations, executing account management strategies, and optimizing sales operations to meet organization goals. Collaboration with internal teams and customers will be a critical part of daily responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Account Management, Business Development, and Sales
• Experience in delivering impactful Sales Presentations and driving client engagement
• Proficiency in Sales Operations, including forecasting, reporting, and process improvement
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment
• Familiarity with Defence and / or Cybersecurity industry sales is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
