Job descriptionFull time Retail Manager to join our incredible team and collaborate with our Pharmacy Manager to support and manage the day-to-day operations of our Pharmacy Managing team rostering and attendance Conducting performance reviews to make a difference. Our team is the key to our success Implementing training needs and staff meetings, being a hands-on leader Day to day operations and instore promotions Play a pivotal role in building and maintaining professional customer relationships Pharmacy or retail management experience essential Competent computer skills across Microsoft Office and POS software Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Highly organised with outstanding attention to detail Job Types Full-time, Permanent Salary 28.00 - $32.00 per hour Benefits Employee discount 8 hour shift Beerwah, QLD : Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) Experience Retail management : 1 year (preferred) Australia (preferred)
Previous pharmacy or retail management experience essential.
