Retail Manager

Caterpillar is the largest and arguably, the most well-recognised equipment manufacturer in the world and we are now looking for the right person to take our Building Construction Products (BCP) and our Retail presence to new heights at William Adams.

This is an exciting new opportunity based in either Clayton or Laverton for a

• Retail Manager
• to join our dedicated and passionate Sales team. You will have overall responsibility for the product and commercial ownership relating to the BCP group of products.
• ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the General Manager of Equipment Sales you will lead, coach and mentor a growing team of branch-based Equipment Sales Reps across Victoria and Tasmania. You will work with your team to create employee development plans and customer communication strategies.

You will be a motivational people leader who thrives on seeing your team succeed. You will have a strong background in sales and business development and sound product knowledge within the heavy machinery industry.
