• Responsibilities : RETAIL MANAGER
• Job Duties include
• Review Marketplace analysis
• Promote and advertise goods and services. Plan and coordinate brand development
• Maintain records of stock levels and financial transactions. Direct the development of initiatives for new products
• Undertake budgeting for the company. Prepare marketing budgets and strategies
• Establish lasting business relationships with existing and new clients by keeping the service standards high.
• Supervise and manage the development and implementation of sales strategies and setting sales targets.
• Formulate and implement purchasing and marketing policies, and setting prices
• Develop & execute field strategy to drive and maintain profitable business growth.
• Design and implement strategies to create promotion campaigns in order to increase sales of company's products.
• Design and implement strategies to create and maintain a strong brand image and company's reputation.
• Design and implement loyalty programs and campaigns for the company.
• Oversee sales process, sales management, product and accessory training for the sales team.
• Control selection, motivate, train and supervise the staff.
• Establish new business opportunities.
• Sell goods and services to customers and advise them on product use. Maintain strong customer relations.
• Strategic Account Management.
• Key Performance Indicator ( KPI) and margin analysis.
• Maintain an energetic and vibrant working environment.
• Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.

Pay : $66,000.00 - $71,000.00 per year
