Retail Manager

As a Retail Manager, you will benefit from job stability and training designed to enhance your existing skills and ensure your success in the role. Daily responsibilities include :

Working in a retail shop environment

Conducting water tests and providing recommendations to customers (computer system assisted)

Demonstrating products

Marketing pool water solutions

Maintaining merchandising standards

The ideal candidate should have :

A positive attitude and willingness to learn (training in pool maintenance and water chemistry will be provided)

A technical mindset and ability to find solutions to customer problems

Ability to engage and speak to customers to understand their needs / requirements, to ensure the right solutions are offered (pool products)

Reliability

Ability to operate unsupervised at times
