Your New Adventure The Retail Manager is responsible for organising and controlling the operations of the retail trading establishment. The role includes overseeing daily branch operations, including sales, gross margins, expenses, workplace health and safety, and supervising all branch staff, while operating within set budgets and business plan guidelines.

Key Responsibilities : Determining product mix, stock levels, and service standardsFormulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies, and setting pricesPromoting and advertising the company's goods and servicesSelling goods and services to customers and advising on product useMaintaining records of stock levels and financial transactionsUndertaking budgeting for the branchControlling staff selection, training, and supervisionEnsuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulationsRequirements : Practical knowledge of industrial products, technical / mechanical / building applications, or similarRelevant Trade / Technical / Business QualificationsUnderstanding of the markets in which the branch and business operateExtensive experience with a commitment to exceptional customer resultsSolution-oriented mindset and focusStrengths in value creation and innovationExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to influence othersUpholds organisational values and customer service standardsJoin Us!
