Retail Manager

Northpac International Pty Ltd, trading as Pro Sportswear and Embroidery Excellence, specializes in sports apparel, workwear, and corporate wear, along with decorating services. As our business expands, we are seeking a reliable, experienced, and proactive Retail Manager to lead daily operations and support our team's growth.

This full-time position based at our Luscombe office in Queensland involves overseeing warehouse and fulfillment activities, managing a small team, liaising with clients, and ensuring efficient processing, labeling, and dispatching of customer orders. The role combines hands-on operations, team supervision, and customer service within a retail-like environment.

Key Responsibilities Oversee daily business operations, including order processing, dispatch, and inventory management.Maintain visual organization of the workspace and ensure stock is well displayed and correctly priced in our retail area.Manage stock control, reordering, and demand forecasting.Streamline administrative workflows for efficiency.Support sales processes, including invoicing, receipts, quotations, and reporting.Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing quotes and converting inquiries into sales.Ensure compliance with all relevant Health and Safety Legislation.About You Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.Experience in inventory control, team coordination, and client-facing service.Familiarity with order fulfillment, warehousing, or garment labeling / packaging is highly regarded.Proficiency with POS systems, stock management software, or basic administrative systems.What We Offer Supportive and collaborative team environment.Competitive remuneration package based on experience.Opportunity to contribute to a growing business with a strong local reputation.To apply, please submit your CV along with a cover letter.
