Job SpecificationThis role is ideal for a highly motivated individual who enjoys delivering patient-focused professional services while driving sales and meeting KPIs. The Retail Manager will be responsible for managing the entire retail operation of the pharmacy, as well as supervising another pharmacy manager. Key duties include :

Overseeing day-to-day retail operations, including stock management and merchandising.Managing rosters for both pharmacies, including pharmacist schedules.Hiring and training staff as required.Working closely with the owner to achieve agreed KPIs.Ensuring compliance with S2 / S3 regulations and pharmacy accreditation standards.You'll be leading a supportive team consisting of 3 pharmacy assistants and 2 pharmacists, with a total staff of 20+ across the business.
