Retail Manager

As our Retail Manager, you will hold a pivotal role in ensuring the continued success and smooth operation of our store. This position encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, including overseeing daily operations, leading and supporting team members, and developing strategic initiatives to enhance both profitability and customer experience

Key Responsibilities : Supervise daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards, including health, safety, and regulatory guidelines.Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and cultivate strong vendor relations to ensure continuous product availability.Lead staff recruitment efforts, provide comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship, and conduct performance evaluations to enhance productivity, customer service, and teamwork.Develop and implement engaging marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales and increase brand visibility.Ensure excellent customer service by effectively handling customer inquiries, complaints, and conflict resolution to maintain a positive and welcoming store environment.Monitor all financial transactions, including accurate cash handling and timely sales reporting.Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including budgets, sales forecasts, and expenditure reports.
