We are seeking a skilled and experienced Retail Manager to oversee commercial operations and ensure excellence in the delivery of our specialised automotive protection and detailing services.
- Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the operations of specialised services, including Paint Protection Film (PPF), ceramic coating, paint correction, and advanced vehicle cleaning, ensuring high-quality outcomes and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience and maximise retention.
- Manage and coordinate the customer service team (2 employees) and technicians specialised in PPF, ceramic coatings, and cleaning processes.
- Establish and monitor operational standards to ensure compliance with processes and delivery timelines.
- Work directly with customers to understand their specific needs and customise services accordingly.
- Manage inventory of ceramic protection products, protective films, and specialised cleaning materials, ensuring constant availability.
- Create and oversee marketing strategies (with support from external marketing teams) to promote key services and attract new customers.
- Analyse sales data, evaluate departmental performance, and propose improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop training programs for the sales and technical teams, ensuring a consistent focus on service excellence.
- Requirements
- Previous experience in managing operations or retail sales, preferably in the automotive or specialized services industry.
- Practical knowledge of processes such as Paint Protection Film (PPF), ceramic coating, and paint correction is highly valued.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate teams across different departments.
- Proficiency in managing inventory, analysing sales data, and optimising processes.
- A proactive approach to customer service, with experience in problem-solving and delivering personalised services.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Experience in the automotive industry or similar roles will be a significant advantage.
