The ideal candidate will be passionate about retail, customer-focused and capable of leading a team to achieve business goals.Key Responsibilities;)Manage overall store operations, including inventory, merchandising and stock controlLead and Supervise staff to ensure high levels of customer service and efficiencyDevelop rosters and manage staff training and performanceMonitor and analyse sales figures, costs and profitsEnsure compliance with health, safety and legal requirementsCoordinate promotional and marketing activitiesLiaise with suppliers and manage deliveriesSkills / QualificationHave Diploma qualification in Retail operation or equivalentAt least 1 year full time work experience in retail supervisory roleStrong leadership and communication skillsExcellent customer service and problem solving abilitiesAbility to manage budgets and meet sales targetsExperience in stock management and ordering systemStart date : immediately after the job advertisement is closedPlease send your resume and brief cover letter to
