Job descriptionProvide exceptional customer service Develop, train and succession team of console operator Processing and management of stock to maximise sales Daily management of stock and adherence to of policies to minimise Set up of instore promotions and visual merchandising Manage rosters and wage targets Improve performance and productivity of the store team Store administration; including daily reports, banking and cash handling Create a safe working environment for your team In charge of the store operations Ensure that all operations of the company are running smoothly Selling goods and services to customers and advising them on product Determining product mix & Stock levels control including stock counts Cash Control including bank deposits and keeping records of financial Setting and controlling service standards In charge of marketing, promotion and advertising strategies and Formulating and implementing purchasing policies, and setting prices Liaising with suppliers, vendors etc Liaising with internal Accounts department and external accountants Setting budgets for the business & Updating retail price with increase Statutory compliances & Ensuring compliance with OH&S Other duties required to run the business

Our business is located on 5-7 Fortune Ave, Bongaree QLD 4507 and open
7 days a week.
Applicants are required to hold the following :
- AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma
- Have at least 3 years of work experience in the nominated occupation
A few duties and responsibilities will be as follows :

transactions
campaigns
wage cost.
