- to oversee our retail operations at our Oakford, WA facility.

Key Responsibilities inc but are not limited toLead, train, and supervise retail staff to ensure exceptional customer service, efficient workflows, and adherence to safety protocols.Oversee inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels, minimize waste, and control costs.Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic retail environment in compliance with health and safety standards.Manage customer service, addressing inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.Design and arrange product displays to enhance visual appeal and promote seasonal or specialty cheeses.Conduct market research and cost analysis to establish competitive pricing strategies.Implement and manage promotional campaigns, in-store events, and special offers to drive sales and engagement.Ensure accurate pricing, proper labeling, and an attractive store layout to enhance the customer experience.Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.Ensure strict compliance with food safety regulations and industry best practices.Oversee daily retail operations, ensuring efficiency in stocking, sales, and customer interactions.Manage and delegate staff responsibilities, ensuring smooth workflow, productivity, and team success.AQF Diploma or above qualification, or at least one-year relevant work experienceStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team while fostering a positive work environment.Solutions-focused mindset with confidence in making strategic decisions under pressure.High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.Adaptability in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.Experience in retail management, ideally within manufacturing or food production.Solid understanding of retail operations, compliance, and administrative procedures.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, accounting software, and business tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.Strong time management skills with a proactive, safety-conscious approach.Salary banding : $73,500 - $81,000
