Retail Manager

Our Retail Manager will steer our team to success, driving bakery sales and creating an unforgettable shopping / dining experience across the German Bakehouse Group. Our Retail Manager plays a crucial role in the daily operations of our bakery / café.

Tasks include but not limited to :

• Determining products, stock levels and service standards
• Managing the efficient supply of products &packaging for our bakery / café whilst liaising with suppliers to negotiate pricing
• Formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies, and setting prices
• Promoting and advertising the bakery's goods and services including seasonal events / products such as Christmas & Oktoberfest
• Selling goods and services to customers across our retail bakery / cafe
• Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions
• Undertaking budgeting for our retail bakery / café including implementing and ensuring sales targets are met
• Controlling selection, training and supervision of staff as well as rostering for our bakery / cafe
• Ensuring compliance of OHS and safety regulations in our retail bakery / cafe
• Organise and control daily operations of our bakery / cafe

What experience you will bring :

To succeed in this position, you will have :

Pay : $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
