Aspire Lending is the dedicated mortgage and finance arm of MGI Joyce Dickson — one of Canberra’s most respected accounting, financial planning, and SMSF advisory firms. We work closely with in-house advisers, accountants, and business consultants to provide tailored lending solutions to a loyal and growing client base.
We’re seeking an experienced and proactive Lending Adviser to join our team. You’ll lead the lending conversation with clients from discovery through to post-settlement, with strong qualified referrals from the internal team.

What You’ll Do :
Conduct discovery meetings and understand client goals
Structure loan strategies and select appropriate lender and products
Collaborate with your team to prepare and submit applications
Present credit proposals and manage lender discussions as needed
Reprice, review, and retain clients post-settlement
Contribute to a positive team culture and continuous process improvement
What You’ll Need :
At least 2 years’ experience in lending, broking, or credit advice
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
Strong understanding of credit policy and structuring fundamentals
Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (Diploma preferred)
Drive to grow your portfolio while delivering quality advice and care
Location : Griffith, ACT (on-site, full-time)
