Position requirements :

• Completed or near completion of Certificate III in Individual support, IV in Disability or Diploma of Community Services or any related qualification.
• Ability to be a team player
• Ability to work independently with disabled individuals to achieve social and self-care goals
• Positive attitude with nurturing and kind nature
• Excellent costumer service skills
• Demonstrative reliability, punctuality, and trustworthiness
• Demonstrate knowledge of Manuel Handling and Standard Food Handling procedures
• Ability to work with care plans
• Ability to record and maintain accurate non-judgmental information
• Disability Support Screening Check
• Updated first aid and CPR
• Current Working with Children check
• Australian Drivers Licence and use of own car
