Join to apply for the Food and Beverage Supervisor role at Crystalbrook Collection at Crystalbrook Riley in Cairns, Australia. We are seeking a new Food & Beverage Supervisor to work alongside a passionate hotel team, reporting to the Restaurant Manager. You will assist in leading the team and creating a dining experience that keeps our guests wanting more.
You Will Collaborate With Our Guests By
- Creating an outstanding employment experience for the Food and Beverage collaborators
- Providing a warm and genuine service experience
- Anticipating and responding to tricky requests & concerns in a professional and timely manner and coaching your team to do the same
- Taking an active interest in on-the-job coaching and training to the Food & Drink guides
