Permanent opportunity for a Contract Manager in Suffolk with a reputable civils contractor. Core Recruiter is recruiting for a Contract Manager to join a reputable civils contractor based in Suffolk .

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading business that has strong growth plans in the region over the forthcoming months.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will oversee multiple projects at the same time, managing project managers, site managers and supervisors, ensuring deadlines are met across the board.

Salary / Package

£80,000 – £90,000 plus package.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Strong residential background
• A relevant degree or HNC / HND is desirable
• Previous contract management experience, or senior site management experience looking to step up
• A keen eye for detail and natural flair for people management
• Ability to negotiate and liaise across a range of subcontractors, colleagues and senior management
