Day to Day

• Provide evidence-based clinical care in the community with a focus on Hospital Substitution programs, Restorative Care, and Home Care Package clients for great caseload diversity.
• Deliver targeted Occupational Therapy for clients with complex health conditions or age-related care needs.
• Prescribe aids, equipment, and home modifications to support client goals.
• Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team for optimal client outcomes.
• Engage in our clinical supervision program with a dedicated supervisor.
