Qualified Landscaper – Illawarra and South Coast

Job descriptionBuild and install hardscaping elements, including retaining walls, patios, and pathways. Prepare and lay turf, and plant trees, shrubs, and flowers. Install and maintain irrigation systems and ensure proper drainage. Operate tools and machinery like mowers, trimmers, and compactors safely. Conduct regular maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance. Adhere to WHS (Workplace Health and Safety) guidelines. Ensure projects comply with local regulations and environmental standards. Certificate III or IV in Landscaping, Horticulture, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in landscaping. Ability to read and interpret technical plans and blueprints. Strong knowledge of plants, soils, and irrigation systems. Current driver’s license (essential). White Card (Construction Induction Card) (essential). Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality. Strong problem-solving and time-management skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Effective communication and client liaison skills. Physical fitness and resilience to work in all weather conditions. Competitive salary package plus one RDO (Rostered Day Off) per month. Company car provided for work-related travel. About the Role
As a Qualified Landscaper, you'll play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining outdoor spaces that delight our clients and align with our high standards. This position is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and a passion for working outdoors.
