We currently have an exciting full-time opportunity in our Live Division for a Support Lead. We are looking for someone that has experience in leading a team and collaborating with clients and families to ensure the absolute best support is provided. The role is located in the Dandenong area.
Days are Monday – Friday and hours are 8 : 30am – 4 : 36pm. Please note : each month you will be rostered for 7 days to assist with the Phone Assistance Line (PAL) where you will provide staff with phone advice, guidance and elevate situations to the Operations Manager Live as required.
You’ll need to thrive in a busy, fast paced environment, have fantastic interpersonal skills and love collaborating with other divisions to create exceptional client experiences.
You must have excellent administration and computer skills and the ability to work both autonomously as well as collaboratively with management and other Wallara divisions.
