Supportability Team Lead

At Babcock, we’re trusted to deliver critical support to defence and national security customers. As the Supportability Team Lead – C-CBRNE, you will play a pivotal role in leading the delivery of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) technical documentation for our award winning Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and Explosive (C-CBRNE) program. Working at the intersection of engineering, logistics, and project delivery, you will guide a team of technical professionals to ensure high-quality outputs are delivered on time and in line with customer expectations.

You will be responsible for overseeing the development and maintenance of technical artefacts across the engineering lifecycle, ensuring compliance with Defence standards and Babcock’s rigorous quality frameworks. This includes leading technical investigations, assessing riskand contributing to the continuous improvement of engineering processes. You’ll collaborate closely with Engineering Leads, Project Managers, and customer stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of supportability requirements into program delivery. This role also carries responsibility for mentoring and developing team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence, and contributing to succession planning within the business.
