Overview
Client Care Coordinator (3IC) for Queensland North – permanent full-time position supporting Frontline Team Leaders and State Managers to ensure high levels of customer service and efficient operations across QLD clinics.
What you will be doing
- Ensuring a high level of customer service and client care across the region
- Assisting with rostering and arranging / providing cover where required
- Supporting and increasing the efficiency of clinic operations across the region
- Providing training and general support to the Client Care team
- Assisting with local area marketing event planning and logistics
- Acting as 3IC for the region
What you need to be successful
Solid experience in client care and administration, ideally in a multi-site environment (healthcare related experience highly regarded)Flexibility and a hands-on and agile approachAbility to travel between clinicsGood people skills and ambition & potential to step into a future leadership roleA passion for delivering an amazing client experienceGreat communication and active listening skillsResilience, self-motivation and lots of energyExcellent organisational and time management skillsBenefits
