About the role
The Senior Contract Specialist is accountable to the Manager, Contract Management for the management of complex, high value and / or high-risk goods and services contracts to ensure they are effectively administered, all commitments are met and agreed outcomes are secured. The role also manages risks at a contractual level and develops risk mitigation strategies in consultation with TAFE SA business units.
The role is responsible for leading, managing, and negotiating commercial matters related to goods and services contracts. The role also provides specialist contractual related advice to internal and external stakeholders, in accordance with the TAFE SA Procurement & Contract Management Framework and relevant government policies, procedures, and frameworks.

Renumeration
Remuneration will reflect the expertise and experience you bring to the role, with competitive pay and flexible work arrangements making this a fantastic opportunity to make your mark. The successful candidate may be offered an additional capped allowance of up to 20% for a period of up to two years, subject to business requirements and candidate’s experience.
Special Conditions
The successful applicant is required to demonstrate having a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) prior to being employed. Applicants who do not hold a WWCC will need to apply at Department of Human Services (DHS).
