Executive Assistant to General Manager
Location : Nathalia, Regional Victoria
Salary : $100,000 – $120,000 + Superannuation
Work Arrangement : Full-time | Onsite, Monday to Friday
About the Role
As Executive Assistant, you will :
- Act as the primary gatekeeper and support for the GM’s time, communications, and strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate Board and governance activities with precision and professionalism.
- Manage travel, meetings, calendars, events, and stakeholder communications.
- Own and improve key operational systems and processes—leveraging tools like Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Power Automate.
- Bring visibility and alignment to projects across business and personal ventures.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complex calendars for the GM and Advisory Board, including scheduling, prioritisation, and travel planning.Triage and manage email communications; draft correspondence and coordinate responses.Organise internal and external meetings with clear agendas, follow-ups, and accountability tracking.Provide end-to-end travel and event planning support for the GM and Board.Track budgets and expenses, maintain timesheets, employee records, and payroll-related tasks.Streamline operations using digital tools and maintain internal SOPs.What You’ll Bring
5–7 years’ experience in a senior-level Executive Assistant or Chief of Staff-style role.Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise confidently at all levels.High discretion and sound judgement in handling sensitive and confidential matters.Proactive mindset with strong time management and organisational skills.Tech-savvy and experienced with Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).Comfortable working independently while staying aligned with executive priorities.Why Join Us?
