EFT / Hours : 0.3 EFT (24 Hours Per Fortnight)
Status : Permanent Part Time
Hourly Rate : $ 27.75 - $ 32.70 per hour plus 12% superannuation
About The Role
NCN Health is seeking a dedicated and professional Administration Assistant to join the Acute Ward team at the Cobram campus. The position is responsible for delivering high-quality administrative, reception, and clerical support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities include greeting clients and visitors in person or by phone, preparing and managing documentation, maintaining filing systems, liaising effectively with patients, healthcare professionals, and community members, and receipting client payments. The role also involves providing timely administrative support to staff and being available to travel between campuses at short notice to assist with coverage as required.
