EFT / Hours : 0.2 EFT (16 Hours per Fortnight)
Status : Fixed Term Part Time (until May 2026)
Hourly Rate : $33.7895 - $37.3542 per hour plus 12% superannuation
About The Role
NCN Health is seeking an Administration Officer – Support at Home to join our Primary and Community Services. The role provides comprehensive administrative support functions within the Support at Home program, with a focus to ensure that all program‑specific administrative, service request and referral processing, data compliance and financial requirements of the program are met in an efficient and timely manner. It supports the day‑to‑day functions of Care Partners, clinicians and management staff, contributes to the operational efficiency of the program and serves as a welcoming, professional and respectful point of contact for participants, families and external stakeholders. Under the direction of the Manager Community Aged Care and Disability, the officer is also responsible for coordinating, collating, preparing and reporting data, and the financial and performance information to meet internal and external reporting requirements. The officer contributes to continuous improvement initiatives, assists with audit and reporting processes, and supports the implementation of systems and processes that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Support at Home program.
