Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will be :
- Responsible for the planning and execution of Haier's retail strategy for key accounts, ensuring alignment with global imperatives and growth aspirations
- Manage and cultivate existing key account relationships to leverage growth opportunities
- Ensure strategic plans for key accounts include annual sale targets, product placement, marketing and promotional programmes
- Ensure the strategic plan is translated into executable actions that deliver to the strategy, resulting in increased product market share and profitable growth
- Provide proactive support for all our key accounts, e.g. product training, to drive product sales
- Provide regular reporting updates to the Regional Sales Manager, identifying key insights and providing new and innovative solutions that stand out from our competitors
- Ensure a seamless, brand aligned representation of Haier's brand value proposition is applied to all key accounts
- Ensure Haier's merchandising and brand representation is achieved instore
- Strong advocate for all retail training to be aligned to Sales Training program
- Ensures all activities of the key account business is performed in compliance with country, state, and federal regulations and, laws governing business
- Monitors daily sales performance metrics, and reporting to maximise sell through, revenue and margin
- Formulates a monthly performance and metric scorecards for respective key accounts
