ABOUT YOU

You :

are an Australian qualified lawyer with 3-15+ years PAE with leading firms / in-house in construction / infrastructure / major projects / property development law (either advisory / transactional or litigation, preferably both);

have strong technical legal / analytical / problem-solving / drafting+ negotiation / advocacy skills;

desire a HANDS-ON mixed front+back-end role with autonomy / control with your own practice / clients +back-up top mentor to continue your learning;

desire a non-stuffy corporate environment free from ‘politics’ +thrive in a transparent highly team focused interactive+ collaborative culture where you actually get recognized+ rewarded handsomely for your positive output / achievements;

YOUR NEW ROLE / CAREER

In this KEY senior hands-on role, reporting to the Managing Partner (highly respected with 29+ years exp) with the support of a few juniors, you will relish the challenge+stimulation+rewards advising and litigating on a wide range of construction / property development / infrastructure projects (including related statutory liability, medical negligence and strata litigation).
