Overview

Finance Business Partner role based in the South‑east, Melbourne. Private Equity backed, with growth in a consumer goods / imports business. A key role within the finance function, headed by the commercial finance team, with an opportunity to influence strategic growth initiatives. The package is circa $145,000.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders for the preparation of analysis and development of financial forecasts.
• Coordinate the preparation of annual budgets for the business units.
• Support the business with ad hoc financial and commercial analysis.
• Collaborate to formulate financial models feeding into strategic growth initiatives.
• Make business improvement recommendations.
• Complete month-end reporting and provide meaningful insights into financial performance.
• Interact with Executive General Managers and leadership teams across the business.
• Analyse commercial reports across business units, including prospective new business.
