About the Role

We are seeking a Front-End Engineer to develop and ship high-quality, responsive front-end features primarily using React . The role involves collaborating with product and design teams to deliver seamless user-focused solutions and integrating with a Rails backend. The ideal candidate is driven by a strong product mindset, focused on optimizing front-end performance, and committed to maintaining clean, scalable code.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and ship high-quality, responsive front-end features with React .
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Work with backend engineers to integrate with a Rails environment and ensure smooth data flow.
• Track and analyze user interactions to guide feature improvements.
• Maintain clean, reusable, and scalable front-end code.
• Contribute to technical discussions and product decision-making.
• Use modern development tools to speed up coding, testing, and iteration.
