Are you a passionate Occupational Therapist—whether you're newly graduated or experienced—and looking for a fresh opportunity or your very first role? Marathon Health needs you!

It’s time to rediscover your passion for therapy support in this community‑focussed role. We are looking for an Occupational Therapist (Full or part‑time) to support our WARATAH 4 Kids program, which provides quality services to communities in the Murrumbidgee region.

This role will be based in our Albury Office on Wiradjuri Country but if you live nearby in the Murrumbidgee region ? We’re open to considering other locations for the right candidate!

Waratah For Kids is a program designed to provide therapy support to children in their communities. As part of this program, you will support communities in the Murrumbidgee providing screening and assessment, deliver short‑term intervention, support referral to other services and offer educational support to build carer capacity. You will work closely with other community supports including the Waratah 4 Kids Paediatric Linker to ensure children get the support they need. The program caters for families with children aged 0‑7 years facing developmental or behavioural challenges who are not linked into therapy services.

As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will also support NDIS participants, fee‑for‑service clients and provide other community programs as opportunities arise.

Your dream role is waiting, —let’s make it happen.

In our team, you’ll have the chance to :

Make a real difference : Deliver person‑centred, goal‑focused services to children and adults in local and rural communities.

Innovate and lead : Help develop, implement, and evaluate cutting‑edge service delivery models, including outreach and telehealth.
