With a proud South Australian heritage and a commitment to delivering warm, personalised guest experiences, we are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Group Hotel Manager to lead day-to-day hotel operations across our 6 Hotel & Apartment locations.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a pivotal leadership role, reporting directly to the General Manager and overseeing the operational delivery of our Rooms Division, Executive Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage departments.

About the Role As Group Hotel Manager, you'll be at the forefront of delivering service excellence, operational efficiency, and team performance — all while ensuring alignment with the Majestic brand and guest promise.

You will :

Champion a guest-first culture, ensuring consistency in service and brand delivery.Drive financial performance through cost control, departmental KPIs, and service improvements.Lead daily operations across the portfolio with a sharp focus on detail, quality, and efficiency.Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to shape and implement hotel strategies.Coach and develop your teams to achieve operational excellence and continuous growth.What You'll Bring We're looking for a confident and collaborative hospitality leader with :
