Leading and motivating a team of CSAs to exceed KPIsDriving face-to-face ticket sales and delivering strong commercial resultsCreating an outstanding customer experience across all locationsManaging rosters, operations and performance reportingCoaching your team to grow, develop and shineWhat you’ll bring :
