Governance & Delivery Lead FC Reforms

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of robust PMO strategies, frameworks, and reporting to ensure effective governance and delivery across the program.
• Play an integral role supporting multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with enterprise frameworks, delivery against milestones (including budgets), and proactive risk and issue management.
• Coordinate steering committees, executive working groups, and Board-level updates, ensuring clear communication and decision-making.
• Develop and maintain high‑quality project artefacts, including reporting and monitoring to enable timely decision making.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and business leads to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery and alignment across the program.
• Support change management activities and embed governance practices that enable agility and accountability.
