Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of robust PMO strategies, frameworks, and reporting to ensure effective governance and delivery across the program.
 - Play an integral role supporting multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with enterprise frameworks, delivery against milestones (including budgets), and proactive risk and issue management.
 - Coordinate steering committees, executive working groups, and Board-level updates, ensuring clear communication and decision-making.
 - Develop and maintain high‑quality project artefacts, including reporting and monitoring to enable timely decision making.
 - Collaborate with Project Managers and business leads to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery and alignment across the program.
 - Support change management activities and embed governance practices that enable agility and accountability.
 
Qualifications
Proven experience leading a PMO for large‑scale programs, with strong governance, reporting, and delivery oversight.Critical thinking and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to navigate complexity and drive clarity.Strong communication and writing skills, with experience preparing executive‑level reporting and program artefacts.Ability to build trusted relationships across senior stakeholders and influence outcomes.Experience in change and risk management frameworks, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.Self‑starter with experience in both traditional and agile delivery environments.Experience in financial services and financial crime related projects, including knowledge of recent changes to the AML CTF Act and Rules and the Scams Prevention Framework, will be highly regarded.Diversity and Inclusion
