Project Support Officer

Eden Ritchie is seeking a Project Support Officer to perform an essential support role to central program and implementation teams by undertaking program support, secretariat and administrative activities.

The Project Support Officer based in Brisbane reports to the Manager, Project Business Services or their nominee.

• As the Project Support Officer, your key responsibilities will include
• Leading the development, implementation and review of projects and capability development initiatives in accordance with our Strategic Workforce Plan to support Department's strategic and operational objectives
• Coordinate and provide secretariat support for the Program Oversight Committee, Steering Committees and other meetings, training and workshops, including :
• Arranging logistics such as meeting rooms, teleconference, videoconference and WebEx
• Preparing documents including meeting papers and reports to meet quality standards and meeting timeframes
• Producing accurately detailed minutes and actions, and tracking actions to ensure completion
• Preparation and maintaining registers of risks and issues, stakeholders and other key information.
• Provide program support and administrative support to Project Managers and teams, including :
• Assisting in collating and reporting information.
• Coordinating Travel and accommodation requests and expense claims for the implementation teams
• Coordinate logistics for facilities where necessary
• Implementation team HR administration matters. For example ensuring that timesheets are signed off by the Project Manager, Flex and Toil requests are documented managed and regularly reported to HR Central Team, assist with interviews, separations process etc
• Ensure appropriate records are maintained in accordance with Queensland Health regulations and policies including the use of Content Manager.
• Build and maintain close working relationships with implementation and central program team members, executive support staff, managers and other stakeholders.
