We’re on the lookout for an experienced HVAC Service Manager to take the reins of a well-established and highly respected commercial HVAC business servicing clients across Sydney. This is a key leadership role overseeing a dedicated team of technicians, account managers, and admin staff—driving service delivery standards, supporting client relationships, and contributing to the growth of the business through technical and commercial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of field technicians, account managers, and administrative staff
• Act as the go-to technical support contact for the team and key clients
• Manage and grow client relationships, ensuring service excellence and satisfaction
• Assist with quoting, tender submissions, and solution design for new and existing projects
• Collaborate with senior management to improve operational performance and drive team culture
