Your New Role
In this role, you will :
- Partner with business stakeholders , especially the Member Growth team-to gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into actionable AI opportunities that drive member acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Design and develop AI solutions that solve complex business challenges, with a focus on marketing, personalisation, and member growth initiatives.
- Integrate AI solutions seamlessly into existing systems, workflows, and digital member journeys, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational needs.
- Provide technical and strategic guidance to team members, business partners, and clients, acting as a trusted advisor on AI best practices and responsible experimentation.
- Champion scalability, reliability, and performance of AI solutions , ensuring they deliver measurable business value and exceptional member experiences.
- Communicate complex technical concepts in accessible language, tailoring your approach for non-technical audiences and senior stakeholders.

You bring a strong understanding of AI technologies and their practical applications in digital experiences, personalisation, and marketing.You proactively engage with business stakeholders, translating member growth objectives into impactful AI solutions and clearly communicating value and outcomes.You stay ahead of emerging trends in AI for marketing, personalisation, and member experience, and you're passionate about turning insights into business results.You have proven experience designing and delivering Technology solutions-preferably generative AI, conversational agents, and copilots-within marketing, member engagement, or customer experience contexts.You demonstrate the ability to scope, deliver, and assess the business value of AI and technology initiatives, using KPIs relevant to member growth (e.g., acquisition, retention, engagement rates).You excel at aligning technical solutions with strategic objectives, prioritising initiatives based on measurable impact, and communicating value to diverse stakeholders.You have a strong understanding of prompt engineering, large language models (LLMs), and the full AI solution lifecycle-from ideation through deployment, monitoring, and business impact assessment.You have hands-on experience with tools and platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Fabric, or comparable AI / ML ecosystems.You lead agile experimentation and proof-of-concept development, setting clear success criteria and validating business value in collaboration with cross-functional teams.You possess excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible language for non-technical audiences and influence decision-making.You hold educational qualifications in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; additional experience in marketing, business, or member growth is highly regarded.Employee Experience
