High-Paying Speech Pathologist (Hybrid Community / Clinic Role) – Melbourne’s South-East. Join a growing allied health team and elevate your Speech Pathology career. This hybrid role offers a mix of community visits and clinic sessions, with flexible scheduling and a competitive salary starting from $100k (up to $150k+ for experienced clinicians) (Inclusive of super) (Pro Rata FTE). You’ll work with a multidisciplinary team addressing a diverse caseload of communication, language, and swallowing needs.

  • Role – Speech Pathologist (full-time or part-time, hybrid community / clinic)

Responsibilities

  • Provide speech pathology services addressing communication, language, and swallowing needs in a hybrid clinical and community setting.
  • Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Support Workers as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Engage with clients across the lifespan in Melbourne’s South-East, including community visits and clinic sessions.
  • Qualifications & Requirements

  • Qualifications – Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Pathology and Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) membership (or eligibility).
  • Compliance – Ability to obtain a Working With Children Check, Police Check, and NDIS Worker Screening.
  • Driver’s License – Valid Australian driver’s license and reliable vehicle (for community visits).
  • Experience – Experience with NDIS, disability, or aged-care clients is beneficial but not essential (new graduates are welcome to apply!).
