Job descriptionLead, coach, and develop a team of 45, supported by experienced Team Leaders. Drive performance through accountability, communication, and continuous improvement. Support and mentor Team Leaders to achieve production KPIs and quality outcomes. Foster a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with operational standards. Collaborate with senior operations to identify and implement process improvements. $120K base + super + shift loading (approx. $136K total package) 5% quarterly incentive bonus (performance‑based) Long‑term career growth with a business investing in its people and operations Supportive leadership team and positive workplace culture Be part of a growing national company with exciting expansion plans Proven leadership experience in manufacturing, production, or similar “made‑to‑order” environments A calm, confident leader who communicates clearly and leads by example Strong focus on safety, teamwork, and results Balances empathy with accountability and performance management
