Job description3+ years of experience in direct-response or conversion-focused copywriting, with a proven portfolio of results. At least 1 year of hands‑on experience using generative AI tools in a professional marketing context to create and optimize content. Deep knowledge of CRO principles, A / B testing methodologies, and data analysis. Proficiency in prompt engineering : An ability to guide AI to produce on‑brand, persuasive, and contextually relevant content that meets specific conversion goals. An analytical and experimental mindset, with a passion for using data to find what works and an eagerness to test new ideas and technologies. Familiarity with AI-powered testing platforms / dashboards and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Exceptional editing skills and a meticulous eye for detail, ensuring AI-generated content meets the highest standards of quality, clarity, and brand voice. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and adapting quickly to new tools and processes. Be the Owner : We don't hire employees; we welcome owners. Position : AI-First CRO Copywriter
Compensation : AED 18,000 - AED 22,000 per month + 10% Performance Bonus (Tax-Free)
Total Annual Package : Up to AED 308,700 (Tax-Free)
Location : Dubai, UAE (On-site) with relocation assistance and visa support
