Job descriptionTertiary qualifications or equivalent in an Engineering related subject (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical) and / or Construction related subject. Ability to communicate, influence and build effective relationships at all levels of the business with a particularly strong internal customer focus. Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously using initiative, sound reasoning, listening and decision-making skills. Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a high-pressure environment. Proven high level of professionalism, maturity, candour, and confidentiality in daily work ethic.
Job Description
We are currently seeking applications from students who have graduated or are currently completing their final semester of Engineering. This is a two-year rotational Graduate program that will provide you with exposure and structured learning within four foundations of project delivery :
- Pre-contracts & Estimating
- Design Coordination
- Commercial
- Site-based Engineering
You will be fully embedded into project development and delivery teams, work on exciting landmark projects including the Townsville University Hospital Expansion and benefit from ongoing mentoring and support from the best in the industry.
